-- SmackDown's debut on MyNetworkTV drew a 2.4 rating based on the fast nationals. This is by far the highest rated show in the history of the network and officials are said to be thrilled.

-- Matt Striker missed No Mercy last night due to the passing of his father. Jerry Lawler filled in him for him at the pay-per-view. Striker is expected back for tomorrow night's broadcast of ECW, but it isn't 100% certain.

-- Other than Jericho's situation with his tooth, which was either broken or completely knocked out, no serious injuries came out of last night's show. Although, Shawn Michaels was banged up really bad following his match with Jericho. Also, Jericho had a busted lip from the match.
