- A source within WWE claims that Michael Hayes is being kept in the loop, creatively, via emails even though he is serving a 60-day suspension for using racial remarks towards Mark Henry. Hayes has some people within the company defending him saying that he isn't a racist, but others insist that he uses racist remarks on a regular basis.

It's believed that the more outside pressure that is put on Vince McMahon to fire Hayes, the more likely he is to stand by him and keep him in the company. The general feeling right now is that Hayes will be brought back and his job isn't really in jeopardy.
