- Jamie Noble defeated Elijah Burke in a dark match before last night's SmackDown tapings.

- DH Smith worked last night's Florida Championship Wrestling event, teaming with TJ Wilson. The two are former tag team partners on the independent scene.

- After the ECW walk-out last night by Tazz and Mike Adamle, the two never returned backstage. Until WWE's website posted the article last night, a number of wrestlers in the company believed Adamle was fired by Vince McMahon.

- This isn't the first time that Adamle has walked off the job in the middle of a broadcast. Back in 1999, Adamle walked off during a news broadcast that he was a sports anchor for in the Chicago area. It wasn't seen on-air, but Adamle walked off the set when a live report from the Chicago Cubs training camp was going on. Adamle was going to have to cut the final story from his sportscast, during the news.
