Jason Powell of ProWrestling.NET is reporting the Undertaker recently underwent minor hip surgery.  The surgery stems from ‘Taker’s back pain as well as hip pain, with hopes of the surgery relieving him of pain from both areas.

There is no pressure on Undertaker to return quickly.  WWE officials are encouraging him to take some extra time off to heal all his nagging injuries.  His time off has elevated others stars such as Jericho, Edge and Mysterio - who are now stepping up as locker room leaders. 

No word as to when Undertaker will be returning to action, we'll keep you updated as more information is released.
