She is ranked number six behind Ashley Tisdale, Denise Richards, Miss Universe, Alexa Ray Joel and the (MLB) All-Star FanFest. A personality from TNA had never appeared on the list before, so Karen is the first. Other wrestling personalities to appear on the list this year include Michelle McCool, Randy Orton and Vince McMahon.
