In the opening segment of tonight’s ECW, Theodore Long made the announcement - he will be taking over SmackDown’s vacant General Manager. Vickie announced last night that she was leaving SmackDown to take over RAW, leaving SmackDown without a GM.

With Theodor Long moving to SmackDown, Tiffany will replace Long on ECW as the General Manager.
