As we reported earlier, Rey Mysterio was injured at a house show last night. Mysterio was injured when he slipped on the ropes while he was attempting a 619. The match then came to a quick finish, as Shawn Michaels came in and hit the sweet chin music for the pin.

Michaels then went outside of the ring while medical staff attended to Mysterio for about ten minutes. Rey was helped to the back, as he limped on his left leg.

The latest news coming out of the WWE is that Rey Mysterio was not seriously hurt and could possibly be wrestling tonight in San Angelo. If he is kept off tonight’s house show, he is not expected to take time off.
