According to a new report on ProWrestling.NET, Shawn Michaels is likely to continue wrestling on a regular basis for another 2-3 years. Michaels has not given the impression that his retirement is imminent.

Michaels’ work schedule is expected to be lightened further within the next year, or so. As of right now, Michaels does not work the live show events over the weekend, and does not work the full-time schedule like other WWE superstars.

The belief within the locker room is that when the time does come for Michaels to retire, he will be given a spectacular sendoff, similar to that of Ric Flair when he retired.
