-- Other than Matt Hardy’s injury last night, there were no other noteable injuries coming out of WWE’s Backlash PPV. The general consensus backstage is that HHH will be kept off TV for a while to elevate the injury angle last night.
-- Dave Meltzer is also reporting that John Cena will be moving to a feud with the Big Show. This conflicts recent reports of John Cena taking time off to begin filming for his upcoming film. We’ll keep you updated.
-- Based on the reaction, Jim Ross was not aware ahead of time that Santina was going to claim to be in love with Ross. As noted over the past year, Vince has a tendency of pulling pranks on JR, although it hasn’t really been done much on TV in quite some time.
