-- Gail Kim met with WWE talent executive John Laurinaitis in Tampa, Florida this afternoon. As reported earlier, she has indeed part ways with TNA. Sources from both companies have indicated that she's about to sign a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment.
-- Likely due to speculation on why we haven't seen Layla on Raw in a few weeks, as well as her apparent no-show of the WWE Summerfest event in Venice, California two weeks ago, and perhaps the recent WWE firing spree worrying her fans, she has posted a statement on her MySpace page regarding her status with WWE. Here is what she wrote:
