Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com reports that the WWE is thinking about moving Smackdown tapings to Friday Nights, but only when a PPV follows it that Sunday.

This would mean Smackdown would air live. If the move indeed happens, it will have to wait until it moves to their new network "MyNetworkTV".
