- The upper levels are tarped off near the top. ECW's set is right infront of the SmackDown set with a black curtain over the SD set.
- WWE airs the Discretion message before the dark match as the show kicks off.
- Dark Match: Chavo Guerrero LOST to The Unknown Wrestler after a modified Scorpion Death drop, in a dark match. Seriously this was what he was announced as. Unknown had a Gladiator/300 look, and the crowd actually got behind while it was 50-50. Chavo missed a frog splash to give Unknown the opening. His finisher kinda looked like Goldust's finisher.
- WWE aired the Iraq video before Tazz and Styles came out. At the first commercial break, Punk, Morrison and Dreamer continued their stare down in the ring and then left. We see an ad for See No Evil and WWEshop.com.
- Second commercial we get the WWE "Don't Try This at Home" and WWE 24/7 ads. The next break sees the ring being changed because of Boogeyman's worms and an ad for WWE Magazine with Rey Mysterio which got a huge pop.
- When The Miz beat Balls Mahoney, the crowd got silent except for some "You Can't Wrestle" chants. At the next comercial, we saw the Christmas in Iraq slide show. Cena, Lashley, Hardy and Undertaker got big pops followed by a "USA" chant. The Triple H promo that aired drew a huge pop.
- ECW ended and it took them about 15 minutes to change everything over to SmackDown.
- When Kane came out for his match with Masters and Khali had left the ring, I don't know how it will look on TV since there was no staredown.
- After the Noble/Moore match, - Some guy came out to see the best signs. The best signs in my opinion were "KENTA is god" and "Khali fears Hillary". They then had a reminder for Wrestlemania 24 and Timbaland's video.
- After the show, Batista grabs the mic and tells Khali to come out. Batista tries to gain the upper hand, but Khali overpowers him with a clothesline. Khali squeezes the back of Batista's neck as the crowd rallies behind Batista. Batista hits a spear and spinebuster and Khali heads to the back. Flair runs out and hits Khali from behind with a chair, causing the ref to call a DQ. Flair and Batista then pose for the fans. Ah, the old days of Evolution. Chimel then tells everyone goodbye and that they will return to Phoenix in the future.
