- WWE RAW kicks off with a video package last night featuring HBK defeating Ric Flair and his career.

- We're live in Orlando, Florida. The pyro hits and Jim Ross welcomes us to RAW! Tonight we will see Ric Flair's farewell address.

- The music hits and out comes John Cena. Cena's music plays a few minutes and Cena doesn't come out. The music stops and Triple H's music starts playing. Jim Ross says "there's live television." Triple H doesn't come out either and finally Randy Orton's music plays and out comes the WWE Champion.

Orton walks to the ring, kissing his WWE Title, dressed in street clothes. Orton asks the fans if they were expecting someone else and the crowd begins to boo louder. Orton talks about how nobody thought he was going to win the match last night and says the people never wanted to give him any credit. Whether you like it or not, Orton says you have no choice but to show him respect.

Orton goes over the list of WWE Superstars he has defeated: HBK, Jeff Hardy, Y2J, Cena, Triple H and brings up winning the WrestleMania main event. He says Cena and HHH want a rematch but they don't deserve it. Orton says we are now living in the age of Orton. Out comes JBL.

JBL says Orton is right, Cena and Triple H don't deserve a WWE Title match, but he does. JBL says Orton's match last night was pathetic and he walked out WWE Champion because he was lucky. JBL talks about beating Finlay in the Belfast Brawl and tells Orton he can't beat him. JBL declares his candidacy for #1 contendership for the WWE Title.

JBL says bad news for the people, if they dislike Orton as WWE Champion then they are going to hate him. JBL walks off as Orton tells JBL to come back out. Out of nowhere, Matt Hardy runs in from the crowd and attacks Randy Orton. They go to the floor, brawling as the referees try and break them up. Orton decks Hardy, grabs his WWE Title and heads for the back as we go to commercial.

Backstage and William Regal asks Matt Hardy what he thinks he's doing. Hardy says he hasn't forgot what Orton did to him and says he wants Orton in the ring. Regal says he will have to think about it.

Cryme Tyme vs. Cade and Murdoch
Cryme Tyme is back in WWE! They return to the ring as Cade and Murdoch wait in the ring. Shad and Cade start the match.

Cade trash talks Shade and works him over before Shad responds with a big slam and tags in JTG and they hit a double move then a 2 count followed by another 2 count. Cade slams JTG and hits a big clothesline.

Murdoch gets in and goes at it with JTG and gets a 2 count. Cade gets tagged in and they double team on JTG. The end comes when JTG gets a roll up on Murdoch for the pinfall.

Winners: Cryme Tyme

- We cut to a video package of Ric Flair and see Shawn Michaels walking to the ring. Jim Ross says he has heard Shawn will spill his heart out tonight.

- Back from commercial and Shawn Michaels is coming out with a somber look on his face, dressed in street clothes.

HBK says he was asked to do a job, asked to be the Showstopper and he starts choking up. HBK says he was asked to be Mr. WrestleMania and he doesn't know how he feels about that. HBK says he has too much respect and love for Ric Flair to have given him anything less. HBK says he had a chance to pull the trigger, and he did and now the career of the greatest wrestler who ever lived is over. And he's the man responsible.

HBK says that's a burden he has to live with the rest of his life, lucky him he says. HBK stops, stares and sets the mic down and starts to walk towards the back with his head down.

- We cut to a graphic for the Jericho vs. Punk match later on tonight. Also tonight, we will see Matt Hardy vs. Randy Orton. We go back to commercial.

- Back from commercial and Shawn Michaels is backstage with William Regal. Regal says HBK did what he had to do and personally, he thinks it should have been done a long time ago. HBK turns around and Batista is standing up against the wall, staring him down. HBK makes eye contact with Batista and walks off.

London and Kendrick vs. Hardcore Holly & Cody Rhodes
London and Kendrick are in the ring waiting as the WWE Tag Team Champions make their way to the ring. Jim Ross says he's learned that Kendrick and London have worked out their issues. Cody and Kendrick will start the match off.

Cody and Kendrick go back and forth until Holly gets tagged in. Kendrick also makes the tag to London and they do the same. Pretty slow paced match so far. London hits Holly ith a series of forearm shots but gets caught with a big knife chop followed by a few more in the turnbuckle. The last chop knocks London over the ropes to the floor. Holly brings him back in and drops him with a big clothesline and a 2 count.

Cody Rhodes comes in and hits another 2 count on London. Cody hits a splash from the top rope but gets pinned in a 2 count by London. Kendrick gets tagged in and goes to work on Holly and Rhodes. Cody hits a bulldog on Kendrick and pins him but London breaks it up. Kendrick gets Cody from behind and gets the pinfall for the win. Ross mentions this match was a non-title match.

Winners: Paul London and Brian Kendrick

- Back from commercial and JR leads us into a video of highlights from WrestleMania 24.

Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk
Back from commercial and the WWE Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho is coming to the ring first.

CM Punk comes out next with his briefcase from winning the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania. Punk and Jericho lock up and push each other off. They step back and trade hard kicks to each other. Jericho kicks Punk in the back and takes him down around the neck. Punk counters with an arm lock behind Y2J's back.

Jericho rolls Punk up for a 2 count and they go back and forth and get a few more close falls. Jericho kicks Punk in the face and clotheslines him for another 2 count. Side slam by Jericho and he kicks Punk in the head. Punk gets up and fights back as the two trade blows in the center of the ring. Punk runs at Jericho but gets hit by a big knee and another side slam. 2 count by Jericho.

Jericho misses a spin kick and a baseball slide and they end up on the floor. Big roundhouse kick by Punk and they go back in the ring. Punk hits a springboard off the top and nails Jericho. Jericho fights back with rights and lefts and then misses a Lionsault. Punk kicks Y2J and goes to work on the knee.

Punk scoops Y2J up for the GTS but gets caught in a Walls of Jericho attempt, which he counters. Codebreaker by Jericho and he gets the 1-2-3 on CM Punk.

Winner: Chris Jericho

- We cut to another video package of highlights from Ric Flair's career. Still to come, Ric Flair's farewell address.

- Back from commercial and Big Show comes out to a pretty nice ovation from the crowd. Show has a huge bruise on his jaw from the blow from Mayweather last night. Show congratulates Mayweather and his manager, and his 6 bodyguards, the steel chair and the brass knuckles, all on winning the match. Show says Mayweather isn't why he's out here. He says he's out here because of the Hall of Fame where Flair stood at the podium and talked about breaking in the business with Andre the Giant and how Flair looked Show in the eye and said he was the best big man he'd ever been in the ring with. Show starts to choke up and says he is going to go back to doing what he does best.

Show says nobody can beat him and he will make a promise to... the music hits and out comes The Great Khali.

Khali comes to the ring and stands face to face with Big Show, with a few inches in height over him. Show says Khali needs to step back and he does. They trash talk and Show puts his hands up. Show puts his fist in Khali's face and tells him he will knock him out. Khali backs off, the crowd boo's and he leaves the ring. Big Show looks on as Khali walks towards the back and the crowd chants "you suck." Khali starts walking back towards the ring but turns around and leaves to the back.

- We see a clip of Matt Hardy attacking Randy Orton earlier. Still to come tonight, Hardy vs. Orton.

- Back from commercial and Santino Marella is backstage stretching for his match. Maria comes walking up and Santino asks her if she got her rabies shot after kissing Snoop Dogg. Maria says she's been looking for him and just doesn't understand why he wants this Anything Goes match with her. She says Regal wouldn't stop the match and only Santino can. Santino talks down about the WWE Divas and says they shouldn't be wrestling. Maria doesn't like this and slaps him after he makes a rude comment. Santino says fine, have it your way and walks off.

Randy Orton vs. Matt Hardy
Randy Orton comes out first for this non-title match against Matt Hardy. Hardy comes out next and enters the ring, the bell rings and here we go. They start the match with rights and lefts. Hardy unloads, hits a big elbow drop and a 2 count on Orton.

Hardy remains in control with Orton, hits another big clothesline and a 2 count. Orton rolls out to the floor to regain his composure but Hardy follows and slams his head into the steel steps. Hardy continues the attack on Orton and rolls him back into the ring for another 2 count.

Hardy hits another neckbreaker and gets another 2 count. Hardy gets thrown into the corner but hits Orton with an elbow drop. Hardy drops Orton as we go back to commercial.

Back from commercial and Orton has Hardy grounded with a headlock, holding it tight. Hardy fights backup and hits Orton with right hands but Orton knocks him back down and keeps stomping on him. Orton drops a big knee on Hardy and gets a 2 count.

Orton takes Hardy to the top rope and goes to back drop him off the top but Hardy fights back, knocking him down. Hardy hits a big moonsault on Orton and gets a close 2 count. Hardy with a big right hand, another closeline and a bulldog headlock for a 2 count. Hardy drops Orton again for another close 2 count. Hardy calls for the Twist of Fate but Orton hits him with an uppercut. Hardy counters Orton with a backslide for another 2 count. Neck breaker again by Hardy and he goes up top.

Orton rolls out of the ring and Hardy jumps from the apron to the floor on Orton. On the floor, Hardy nails the Twist of Fate on Orton, laying him out. Hardy rolls Orton in the ring at the 8 count but gets caught in an RKO. Orton covers Hardy and gets the pinfall for the win.

Winner: Randy Orton

- We see a video shot earlier today of Dusty Rhodes backstage talking about Ric Flair. Dusty says there's legends, there's icons, but from this day on Ric Flair is a national treasure.

- Back from commercial and Randy Orton is in his locker room. JBL walks in, stands over him, picks up the WWE Title and just stares. Orton grabs the Title and stares at JBL as he walks off.

Anything Goes Match: Maria vs. Santino Marella
Maria comes out first then Santino, who looks pissed off. Jerry Lawler reads a note from William Regal that says he is not to get involved in this match in anyway. Santino and Maria lock up early on and he slams her face first into the mat. The WWE Divas begin walking down to the ring.

The WWE Divas hit the ring and attack Santino Marella, hitting him with a huge slam. They hold him down, spread his legs and let Maria hit him below the belt. Maria covers Santino and gets the pinfall, celebrating with the Divas.

Winner: Maria

- We see a commercial for ECW on Sci-Fi tomorrow night featuring the new ECW Champion Kane. Kane will return to ECW to begin a new era as the Champion of ECW.

- Back from commercial and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair comes out to a standing ovation. Flair says last night, he wrestled his very last match and that he will never, ever wrestle in this ring again. Flair says he isn't sad about not wrestling and the fans shouldn't be sad either. Flair says you should rejoice that he has had the greatest career in the history of pro wrestling. Flair says he lost to a great, great wrestler and a better man. The crowd boo's. Flair says he has had fun and loved everyone of us everyday of his life. He says he has been tearing up all day with the thought of never being out there but he is off. The crowd breaks out in "thank you Ric" chants. Flair thanks the fans for everything and making him who he is today. Whoooooo! Flair's music hits again as he does his strut in the ring and out comes Triple H.

Triple H and Flair lock eyes as The Game, dressed in street clothes walks to the ring with a mic in his hand. Triple H stops infront of the ring and says the fans aren't the only ones that want to thank Flair. Ric begins to cry.

Triple H and Flair embrace and Triple H tells Flair from the bottom of his heart, he loves him. Triple H thanks Flair and begins to choke up with a tear. Triple H drops to both knees and praises Flair. The two hug and Triple H mentions the Four Horsemen. The music hits and out comes Tully Blanchard, JJ Dillon, Barry Windham and Arn Anderson - The Four Horsemen!

The Horsemen applaud Flair and walk to the ring. Each of them hug Flair and the Four Horsemen are back together again! Arn Anderson is the last one in the ring and he hugs a crying Ric Flair for a good minute. Batista's music hits and he comes out next. Batista praises Flair as he makes his way to the ring. The Animal gets in the ring, hugs Flair and lifts him off his feet.

Out next is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat who also enters the ring and embraces Flair. Flair is really crying at this point. Out next is Harley Race, accompanied by Mickie James and Michelle McCool. Out next is Greg "The Hammer" Valentine.

Out next is another Horseman, Dean Malenko. The Man of 1,000 Holds embraces Flair and tells him he's the man. Out next is Chris Jericho who also hugs Flair. John Cena's music hits next and he comes to the ring. Cena salutes Flair on his way to the ring and joins the moment.

Ric Flair's family comes out next. His wife, daughter and sons all come to the ring, cheering him on. Ric Flair is very emotional right now and shares the love with his family as they enter the ring. The music hits next and out comes Shawn Michaels.

HBK enters the ring, has a few nice words with Flair and they embrace. Both men are crying as they talk to each other, sharing a laugh and a cry. Triple H gets on the mic and points out Flair and HBK's matching Rolexes. Triple H says if anyone if left who wants to thank Flair, then come on out. The rest of the WWE Superstars start coming out. Edge, Big Show, Kane, JBL, CM Punk, some Divas and the rest of the WWE roster comes down to the ring, cheering on Flair.

The WWE Superstars stand at ringside, applauding Ric Flair and cheering him on. A "Thank you Ric" chant breaks out among everyone in the arena as Flair hugs everyone in the ring with him. The entire WWE entrance ramp is filled with WWE officials and Superstars and the ovation for Ric Flair continues.

The tribute music for Ric Flair plays again as the celebration for his career continues. Big Show gets up on the apron and hugs Flair as he thanks the WWE Stars at ringside. The standing ovation for Ric Flair continues with everyone applauding him as RAW goes off the air.
