Pre-Show Notes:
Of course I'm looking for a Jericho return tonight. I think everybody is looking for a return. I saw one post earlier that said it might be the RAW after Survivor Series. Either way, wrestling in general is sucking.

RAW opened great with the return of DX. I must say, it was funny. The best part was when Hornswoggle interrupted DX. That whole bit was hilarious. I loved the comment about the run sheet and the East Coast time. It was great. I didn't expect the Boogeyman to come out nor the Great Khali. I loved the, "let's pretend he's not here" comment. You can never have enough freaks and nerds. That was great. I can handle DX but not like it was when it returned last year when we were constantly beat over the head with it. The size difference between Khali and Hornswoggle was outrageous. "You know Shawn can't lie!" That was funny, too. I loved the comments about who writes this crap, the horrible Katie Vick stuff, and the "I don't think anybody writes this crap, their on strike."

I guess everybody is going to start appearing on everybody's show. We've got crossovers of Smackdown to RAW, ECW to RAW, ECW to Smackdown, and Smackdown to ECW. This could possibly be the end of the brand extension. I guess with the ratings like they are, Vince is pulling out all of the stops. Beth Phoenix won the match. Like I said earlier, in a sick, twisted way, I would let her kick my ass.

Snitsky replaced Carlito in a match and destroyed some jobber. YAY! That is what's been missing in my life!

KENNEDY and then FINLAY made their way to the ring for the interbrand tag match. Apparently, the big Survivor Series match will be Team Triple H, which consists of Matt & Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, Kane, and Triple H against Team Umaga, which consists of MVP, Big Flabby V, Mr. Kennedy….KENNEDY, Finlay, and Umaga. Wow. That's cool with me. Mysterio and Hardy got great ovations. Hey Vince, give Jeff a shot at carrying the belt for a while. The finish was excellent and the crowd popped big for it. The match itself was pretty good, too.

Austin doesn't get as good a pop as he used to, unless I'm deaf. The segment was good but there could have been a little more talking. I didn't expect another beer truck spraying. I noticed one time that before Austin sprayed him, I saw Santino peek up to see where Austin was, then the spraying began! I was waiting on Maria to have a nip slip whenever she was getting sprayed. What a great segment!

The Save Us stuff aired against. This time the number 19 was present and a mix of "The Code" and "Can You Break the Code?" aired. I'm guessing the 19 is for November 19th, the night after Survivor Series.

I can't believe they made a match between The Great Khali and Hornswoggle. Oh yeah, that will bring in the buys.

I thought the DX dance segment was funny. Trips made it clear he was wasting time. I loved HBK's comment about only knowing stuff like Dora the Explorer, not stuff that was cool. It was a good time waster.

The stuff between Cade & Murdoch and Cody & Hardcore Holly was good. This is going to be a storyline I'm going to like and other people probably won't. I just don't like them using Mickie to "break up" Cade & Murdoch. I mean, they're just getting established and now they're breaking up? How stupid.

They showed a fitting tribute for the Fabulous Moolah. I just hope Mae Young doesn't come back. I always pictured those two together and nothing more. Moolah will be missed.

The Hacksaw-Super Crazy against World's Greatest Tag Team didn't make a bit of sense. If they were needing to fill time, just have another Diva's match. I mean, are WGTT in the dog house? Jeeze.

The main event was good. I just hope this DX Reunion Part 17 doesn't last too long. DX is becoming like the nWo used to be when they would reunited a bunch. I know DX hasn't reunited a lot, but if you were around when WCW was big, you know what I'm talking about. There was a million versions of the nWo and even DX before it died for good. I guess I'm just counting down the days that Jericho comes back. Then, I'll be happy for a good few months, unless the Colts don't make the playoffs. RAW was good but there's still room for improvement. I'm looking forward to the time when the Survivor Series teams start going at it and it's chaos.
